This year’s National Annual Meeting of The American Society of Landscape Architects is being held in Philadelphia from October 19 through the 22.  Here’s your opportunity to win a free registration to the meeting.

As the Host Chapter, we are provided with a special booth to welcome our out-of-town visitors to the City of Brotherly Love.  This is where we get to show off what’s great about our Chapter and recommend fun things to see and do while in Philadelphia.  At the booth, we are able to spotlight our Members’ award-winning work, Chapter initiatives, and our schools.  We will also be selling promotional items and meeting souvenirs, such as mugs, hats and/or t-shirts, to raise money for other Chapter events.

This design competition is for the Host Chapter Booth’s graphics.  There is no specific theme or colors.  The content would ideally showcase what makes our Chapter unique and fabulous!  It might include images of favorite public spaces, our bucolic countryside, and/or historic landscapes.  It might be graphic representations of iconic Pennsylvania and Delaware figures or goods.  Or it might be an abstract graphic that crosses all four panels.  Let your imagination flow!  The final design should be eye-catching, inviting and creative.  Portions of the winning design graphics may also be used on the promotional souvenir items.

The competition is open to all Pennsylvania-Delaware Chapter ASLA Members, Associate Members and Student Members.
