Executive Committee Liaison: Chapter Vice President

Purpose:

The Communications & Public Relations Committee is responsible for the preparation of internal communications to the Chapter membership.

Tasks:

The Communications Committee has been charged by the Chapter Executive Committee to perform the following tasks:

  • Prepare & submit articles for the weekly e-newsletter (E-PLAN) to be e-mailed to the membership every Tuesday.
  • Analyze how the Chapter website could be used to disseminate information to the membership.
  • Oversee website functions and to develop goals and objectives as to what the website will achieve.
  • Coordinate website improvements pertaining to internal communications with the webmaster.

Committee Representation:

Members should include one member from each Section.
